shredded Romaine lettuce (Iceberg works too)

green onions, chopped (green parts only)

warm quinoa
Dressing
Juice of 1/2 lemon

lemon balsamic vinegar

garlic olive oil

Fody Shallot olive oil

dried rosemary

Salt & pepper to taste
Method
Mix all dressing ingredients and set aside.
Chop salad ingredients and toss in bowl and toss with dressing.
