low-Fodmap yogurt/mayo combo (ratio per preference)

green onions, finely chopped (green parts only)

low-Fodmap hamburger buns

shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
Cook bacon and when cool, using hands, crumble into bits.
Remove seeds from jalapeno and bell pepper and finely chop.
Mix spices, bacon, peppers and ground chicken together until ingredients are well mixed. Form into four equal-sized patties.
Cook patties on stove top or grill until internal temperature is 165℉.
Make sauce and set aside in fridge. Slice tomatoes and toast hamburger buns.
Top each bun with a hamburger patty and tomato slice and divide sauce and lettuce equally amongst the four burgers.
