Have you ever been grocery shopping in a rush and grabbed the wrong thing? This recipe came to be by an accidental purchase of hazelnut oil. As oils are not the cheapest purchase I was determined to use it.

This is an easy weeknight side dish. And I now like that I accidentally purchased the hazelnut oil. It’s good over salmon with salt and pepper and I found a good recipe for a salad dressing (sub garlic cloves with a 1/2 tsp of garlic olive oil and it’s Fodmap-friendly).
