- 1/3 cup Cilantro leaves
- 3 tbsp Pine nuts
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1 tbsp Garlic olive oil
- 1/3 cup Olive oil (or more)
- Salt & pepper
Mix cilantro leaves, pine nuts and almonds in a food processor and pulse.
Add salt, pepper and garlic olive oil and pulse again.
Add olive oil slowly and mix until desired consistency is achieved.
