Low Fodmap Cajun-kick Chicken Burger

Cajun chicken burger with bacon bits, yogurt sauce, lettuce and tomato

Our household loves poultry burgers and I am always looking for a new way to jazz up some ground chicken and make an interesting burger that’s different and healthier than a traditional cheeseburger. This is a simple poultry burger with some bits of pepper and bacon, a cajun kick and a peppy yogurt sauce. Anything with a bit of bell pepper and bacon is going to be yummy, right?

I love love love these! Just a little kick, easy to make, and a nice change from beef burgers.
