A fun twist on parsnips!

Notes on making Fodmap safe:

Parsnips:

* Dash of garlic olive oil instead of garlic powder

* 1/2 tsp onion olive oil instead of onion powder

* Use low-Fodmap Za’Atar seasoning

Za’Atar Gremolata:

* Dash of garlic olive oil instead of garlic clove

* Only green parts of green onion

* Use low-Fodmap Za’Atar seasoning

Options for low-Fodmap Za’Atar seasoning: McCormick or Fodmap Everyday
