Notes to make it Fodmap-friendly:
* 1/2 tsp Freefod Onion Replacer instead of onion
* 1 tsp of garlic olive oil instead of minced garlic
* Omit celery and corn
* Use Fodmap-safe broth, canned tomatoes and tomato sauce
