Other Low Fodmap Recipes

Links to recipes that are already low-Fodmap or require very few substitutions

These recipes are already Fodmap safe!

When I started the low-Fodmap diet I looked through recipes I already had and found some were already low-Fodmap (so exciting). 

 

It occurred to me it might be helpful to point people to recipes that are Fodmap safe even though they are not labeled as such because they are on blogs that are not aimed at people seeking low-Fodmap recipes. The links below will take you to the original recipe website. 

 

Just remember to use gluten-free if it calls for soy sauce, Fodmap-friendly if it calls for yogurt, only green parts of the green onions, low-Fodmap broths…you get the idea. If you have not already, I highly recommend getting the Monash App. It will help you find safe options if a recipe calls for yogurt, milk, etc.
